Build-to-suit experience was honed in the construction and build-out of the Maple Street Center in Gallatin. This 219,177 square foot complex on 11+ acres was completed in 1991 and has 28 suites (of various sizes), which are home to a spectrum of industries. WestRock, Tri-Star Medical Clinic, Elwood Staffing, Campione’s Taste of Chicago restaurant, Farm Bureau Insurance, Health Spring, the State of Tennessee, and many other businesses thrive in Maple Street Center. Hillary Bonham and Bob Goodall are co-owners of Maple Street Properties.
